Eric Larson, 61, of Mexico, died at 9:15 a.m. May 22, 2003, at Pin Oaks Nursing Center in Mexico.

   Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2003 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Pickering Funeral Home. There is no funeral service scheduled.

Mr. Larson was born on December 21, 1941, in Long Island, New York, the son of Alfred F. and Ethel L. Larson. His parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Larson is survived by one sister, Linda Greco, Madison, Wisconsin; three nieces, Jennifer Rhame, Indianapolis, Indiana, Corrine McCawley, Phoenix, Arizona, and Lauren McCawley, St. Louis; and one nephew, Gordon Nelsen McCawley, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Mr. Larson was a 1960 graduate of Huntington High School in Long Island and he served as an Airman First Class in the United States Air Force. He loved working with photographic and electronic equipment. He worked for 27 years as a technician at 3-M corporation in Columbia.
