Imogene Jewell Davidson, 76, of Clark, formerly of Mexico, died at 5:08 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2005, at Audrain Medical Center in Mexico. Funeral services will be Thursday, Dec. 8, at 11 a.m. at Pickering Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Carter and Pastor David Reese officiating. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Beaver Dam Cemetery. Mrs. Davidson was born on Jan. 6, 1929, in Tonganoxie, Kansas, the daughter of Frederick Lee and Stella Mae Yates Isgrig. On Jan. 18, 1947, in Mexico, she married Alan Festus Davidson, who died on Aug. 17, 2001. While a resident of Mexico she worked for Crown Laundry and at the Florsheim Shoe Factory. She lived in Slater from 1978 until 1989, where she worked for Standard Haven BHA Bag Co. In 1989 she returned to Mexico and retired. In 2003 she moved to Clark. She was a member of the Faith Wesleyan Church in Mexico, and had recently attended the First Assembly of God Church in Moberly. Survivors include a son, Dan Davidson and wife Tina, Mexico; a son-in-law, Keith Drake, Mexico; three daughters, Brenda Clark and husband Dan, Grandview, Jean Hansen and husband Darrel, Clark, and Patty Welch and husband Ken, Mexico; a sister, Dorothy Dollens, Mexico; 13 grandchildren, Russell Hansen, Kansas City, Lori Risch, Moberly, Michael Clark, Sunny Side, Wash., Daniel Clark, state of Arizona, Dianne Miller, Richland, Wash., David Clark, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Julia Welch, Melissa Feger, Jeremy Welch, Kalip Davidson, and Zachary Davidson, all of Mexico, Amy Ward and Ash Lea Drake, both of Kansas City; 12 great grandchildren, Ale Martinez, Quinton Risch and Christian James Risch, all of Moberly, Amber and Alissa Miller, both of the state of Texas, Jason Miller, Richland, Wash., Brayden and Dakota Clark, Sunny Side, Wash., Devin and Megan Welch-Gentry, and Clayton Welch, all of Mexico, and Emma Lea Drake, Kansas City. In addition to her husband, her parents, a daughter, Mary Drake, brother Arthur Lee “Bud” Isgrig, infant twins, and several half brothers and sisters preceded her in death. Memorials may be given to Faith Wesleyan Church, the American Cancer Society, The Gideons, or the Beaver Dam Cemetery Association, and may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N.
