      Ruth Frances Locke, 91, of Mexico, died at 3:30 a.m., today, July 27, 2005, at Audrain Medical Center in Mexico.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 29, 2005, at Hutchens Mortuary, 675 Graham Road, Florissant, with Bro. Mark Peck officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at Hutchens Mortuary. Burial will be in Sunset Burial Park in St. Louis. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Locke was born on Sept. 2, 1913, in St. Louis, a daughter of Charles and Ella Woehler Hutter. On April 26, 1933, in St. Louis she married John M. Locke, who preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2001. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jackie Peck and husband Arland, Mexico, and Mrs. Joan Jackson, Windsor, S.C.; three brothers, Charles Hutter and wife Dorothy, Cuba, Al Hutter and wife Helen, and Robert Hutter, all of St. Louis; a sister, Mrs. Helen Maas, Portage Des Sioux; nine grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.

One brother , one sister and two great grandchildren preceded her in death.

Memorials may be given to Crocker Christian Church and sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
