Mark Lewis    Mark Eugene Lewis, 43, of Mexico, died Monday Nov. 10, 2008, at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Mo.Mark was born July 22, 1965 in Mexico, a son of Gerald Rivers and Bonnie Mae Lewis. He attended Mexico Schools and had worked as a welder.    He is survived by three sons, Michael E. Lewis, Columbia, Mitchel E. Lewis and Ian P. Lewis, both of New York; his ex-wife, Mattie April (Barnes) Miller, Columbia; four sisters, Tammy Dressing Zamecnik, Columbia, Hope Dressing Young and husband Jeremy, Mexico, Jen Dressing Schwartz, Henderson, Co., and Debra Bird, Mexico.He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Rivers; mother, Bonnie M. Bird; Grandmother, Lucille D. Diehl; grandfather, Edwin Eugene Lewis; and his uncle, Curtis Lewis.    There will be a private funeral service at a later date.
