David will be sorely missed. He was a beloved family friend and a dear friend to my father. My heartfelt condolences to those he left behind. Marcia Earle Black

I express my regrets upon hearing of David's passing. I worked with him at A.P. Green and had a high degree of respect for him as a fellow manager and as a friend. I also served in the Missouri National Guard with him. He will be missed by his friends and family. Jim DuBus Pittsburg, Texas
