Public Tributes and Expressions of Sympathy

Virgil Helling was a most remarkable man. We are very proud to have been his neighbor and brother & sister in Christ. He loved his Country and was proud to serve in the Army. He used to tell stories of his days during WWII. Virgil loved his wife and family very dearly. He always had a smile on his face and good word to greet you with. He will be sadly missed by his family and frieds. May God comfort each of you, but remember your life was made better by knowing this most loving and remarkable man. He is at home with his Jesus now. Carolyn & Forrest Shockley

Dear Beulah, Steve, Butch and Keith, I was very sorry to hear of Virgil's passing. I will always have fond memories of him. He always had a smile and a hug for me. Of course I think it was because he wanted me to rub his head. My thought and prayers are with all of you. Sincerely, Jean Pruessner/Martin
