Cranston L. Eady
Cranston L. Eady, 45, of Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Mexico, died on June 5, 2009, in Philadelphia.
Graveside services will be held at noon on Monday, June 15, in the shelter at Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at Pickering Funeral Home.
Mr. Eady was born on May 30, 1964, a son of Marjorie Eady Winn and Fred Shocks Jr. He spent most of his life in New Orleans, La., and Mexico.
He was a loving father of seven children, Crannetta, Hakeem and Cranston Harrison, all of New Orleans; Crandon L. Cook, Columbia; LaAndre Robinson, Moberly; and Tatyana S. Eady and Natajha N. Wray of Mexico; two stepdaughters, Neisha N. Wray and Natasha Sanders, four grandchildren, Jada Mills, Enoy King, Gabby Harrison and Kira Harrison. He also leaves behind seven brothers, Fred Eady, state of Tennessee, Denzell Eady, Vallie Winn IV, and Margene Winn, all of Mexico, Joseph Winn of Troy, Fred Shocks III and Larry Shocks, both of Denver, Colo.; three sisters, Elaine Mkweli, state of Pennsylvania, Chloe Winn, state of Arkansas, and Callie Winn, Mexico; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, one sister, Claudette Winn and one brother Jerry Shocks. |
