Golda M. Pourie
Golda Marie Pourie, 93, of Mexico, died at 11:52 p.m., Jan. 11, 2011, at King’s Daughters Home.
Family will receive friends 3 to 5 Sunday afternoon at Pickering Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pourie was born on Feb. 27, 1917, in Lowndes, Mo., the daughter of Michael and Ella Mae (Scowden) Clark. On Dec. 22, 1934, in St. Louis, she married E. A. Pourie, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Gail Purcell and husband Murray, Mexico; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Virginia Simpson Dery.
Memorials may be given to King’s Daughters Home or the HELP Center and sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N Western, Mexico, MO 65265. |
