Public Tributes and Expressions of Sympathy

i want to let evryone know aunt sis had to be one of the greatest aunts anyone could have. when my mother died sixteen years ago she was one of the first people that our family told in mexico. she was the matriark of our family. she had a certain way of comforting a person when needed. one memory that i will always have of her is how great her apple pies were. best in the world. in closing i will say it is inevitable that we loose our aunts and uncles, but we are all better people for being around them. their family values have been shown to all of us as the way to live your life. god bless aunt sis and her family. steve hubble youngest nephew in the earl jesse family line

I have very fond memories of Mary Elizabeth and George from my youth at Centennial Baptist Church. They were the youth leaders and were so wonderful with the young church members. I remember the Life Magazine spread where the Rosenthal family was featured in a news story. My deepest condolences to the family. Audrey Marshall Ellis, Keizer, Oregon

Mary Elizabeth was a dear lady. Her family, friends and Church was an important part of her life. I have fond memories of years past when my Mom, Dad and brother Chester Rosenthal would visit Mary Elizabeth, George, Jimmie, Tom, Nell and Ruth Ann at their farm. Good fun and a learned a lot about farm life also went to see the one room school house. George let me drive the tractor and try to milk a cow. Also we kids picked peaches and helped make ice cream. Gene and I will miss her notes and letters. Ruth and Gene Hannick

I want to send my condolences to her grandson Greg, he loved his grandmother very much and she was his greatest supporter and fan. I know this loss will effect him dearly. She was an amazing woman to be able to give her grandson the foundation for love that he so much needed. Sandra Herring
