Amelia Marie Rose Frederick, infant daughter of Veronica Frederick and Javon Morris, of Mexico, died at 9:19 a.m., September 5, 2016, at University Hospital in Columbia at the age of 8 days.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday September 13, 2016, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Jones officiating.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her sister, Scarlett Elizabeth Frederick, California; maternal grandmother Rayna Frederick, North Carolina; maternal grandfather Michael White, North Carolina; maternal grandfather James Rippee, Fulton; maternal great-grandparents Thomas and Dora Rippee, Sylacauga, Ala., and Larry and Betty McCracken, North Carolina; paternal grandmother, Candi Wells Cain, Phoenix, Arizona; paternal great-grandfather, Cecil Wells and wife Betty, Michigan; paternal great-grandparents Al and Mary Perkins, Texas; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
