Andrew T. Crum Jr., 74, of Mexico, passed away at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at The Neighborhoods in Columbia, surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmie Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Union Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Junior was born in Mexico on December 4, 1949. He was the son of Andrew T. Crum Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" (Nichols) Crum. On August 20, 1976, he married Vicki York in Mexico. Vicki preceded him in death on December 14, 2012.

Junior was a farmer and he was never happier than when he was on a tractor in the field, working the land he loved.

He was a member of the Central Missouri Old Tractors Association, and former board member for the National Antique Tractor Pulling Associating. His hobbies were Hunting Deer and Quail and Tractor Pulling. He was a life-long member of Union Baptist Church.

Survivors are three sons, Tom Crum (Amy Groves), of Mexico, Jerry Crum (Ashley), of Martinsburg, and Garry Crum (Kamela), of Mexico; two daughters, Kristina Crum, of St. Joseph, and Martha Baclesse (Chris), of Mexico; one sister, Joyce Morgan (Harry), of Springfield; seven grandchildren, Thomas Crum, Conner Baclesse, Jacob Crum, Autumn Baclesse, Clayton Crum, Hayden Hannon, and Dalton Crum; and lifelong friends Tom and Joan Roberts, of Mexico.

In addition to his wife Vicki, he was preceded in death by his parents; and two grandsons, Dylan and Trevor Crum.
