Carla Sue Karhoff, 75, of Auxvasse, passed away at Monday, February 24, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Pickering Funeral Home with Kevin Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow at the Auxvasse Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday from Noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Carla was born March 10, 1949, to Albert and Ethel (Belcher) Williams in Mexico. She married James Karhoff Jr. on May 13, 1966, who preceded her in death on September 24, 2015.

Carla was a dedicated LPN at the Audrain Medical Center, where she was known for her compassion and care for others. She was member of the Union Baptist Church in Mexico.

Carla was a loving mother and grandmother.  She was devoted to her family and cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Her family was the center of her world. Carla also had a deep love for the outdoors, spending countless hours in her garden and tending to her yard.

Survivors include one son, Jeff Karhoff of Auxvasse; two daughters Valerie Karhoff of Auxvasse and Chastity Vega of Centralia; one brother James Albert Williams of Mexico; one sister Patricia Staples of Mexico; five grandchildren, Aric Voll of Romulus, Michigan, Kellyn Vega-Enlow of Centralia, Tarryn Vega of Centralia, Jaelyn Vega of Centralia, and Kenzi Brown of Auxvasse.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Wallace Edgar Williams, Jackie Lee Williams, and Robert Eugene Williams; and one sister Shirley Mae Williams.

Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
