Carol Silvey Blackburn of Surprise, Arizona, formerly of Mexico, passed away at her home on December 28, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 27, 2022, 2-4 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Mexico.

She is survived by her husband Mike Blackburn now of Tennessee, Son Dusty (Bobbi) Levingston of Arizona, one son Joe (Shannon) Blackburn of Tennessee and two grandchildren Ellee 11 and Caroline 8.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Russell and Eula Catherine Silvey.

Carol is safe and secure in the arms of her Savior Jesus Christ. It comforts us to know she has found rest and free from pain in His presence.

She was caring, funny, kind and gracious. Her faith was her guidance in life.

Carol loved her Merle Norman family and we loved her. She will be greatly missed.
