Charles Raymond Robinett, 74, of Mexico, died at 8:45 p.m. Friday March 31, 2017, at Pin Oaks Living Center in Mexico.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2017, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Maxwell officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Charles was born in Henley, Mo. on June 16, 1942, the son of Hobart and Erea (Sprouse) Robinett. On March 21, 1981, he married Teresa Nellesen who survives.

Charles had worked for Frank Boswell and also for A.B. Chance. He attended Kentucky Road Christian Church. He enjoyed playing guitar and playing cards.

In addition to his wife, survivors include two brothers, Hobart Robinett Jr. of Texas, and Arthur Robinett of Santa Fe; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Geneva Anderson, Lucille Anderson, and Dorothy Wilson; and two brothers, Edward "Buck" Robinett and an infant brother.
