Christina Wyss

Christina Marie Wyss, 32, of Mexico, died Wednesday evening, June 24, 2009, as a result of injuries from an auto accident.

Funeral serviceswill be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday,June 30, 2009, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Stone officiating.Visitation will be Monday 5 - 8 p.m at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Christina was born May 12, 1977, in Mexico, a daughter of Tim Wyss and Gail Woolridge. She loved life and was a devoted mother. She enjoyed photography, facebook, music, camping and the outdoors.

Survivors include her father, Tim Wyss and wife Mary Kay, Mexico; her mother, Gail Woolridge and husband Bob, Mexico; her fiancée, Michael G. McMurtry, Jr., of the home; one daughter, Neely Dylan McMurtry of the home; one brother, Michael Crocker, Maryville; two sisters, Heather Wyss and fiancée, Ryan Jordan, Mexico, and Lisa Jobe and husband Jason, Jefferson City; her maternal grandfather, Lloyd Gray, Mexico; one nephew, Isaiah Jordan; and two nieces, Hannah and Christiana Jordan.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Joyce Gray and her paternal grandparents, Walter and Veda Wyss.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the Neely McMurtry trust fund. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
