Conrad B. Sannebeck, 74, of Mexico, died at 10:52 a.m., Monday Feb. 27, 2017, at his home.


Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday Mar. 3, 2017 at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Foreman officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 1:30 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.


Conrad was born in Mexico on Sept. 29, 1942, the son of Ralph T. and Martha Lee (Victor) Sannebeck. He grew up in Mexico and was a member of the 1960 Mexico High School Class. His career was with the US Air Force. He worked in administration and retired with over 26 years of service, spending part of the time in the US Embassy in Bangkok. He had previously been married to Sandra Dickerson.


He is survived by one son, Craig Sannebeck of Grand Prairie, Texas; one daughter, Charisse Fuqua of Westminster, Col.; five grandchildren, Chad Adams, Hannah Sannebeck, Jerret Fuqua, Jaedyn and Jensyn Fuqua. He is also survived by his dearly loved cat Julie. Conrad asked this to be included in his obituary; he would like to express his appreciation for the care Linda Traynor has given him for the last three years of his life.


He was preceded in death by his parents.


Memorials may be made to the Mexico Animal Shelter. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
