Dale Robert Tomlinson, Jr., 56, of Mexico, died Saturday, August 10, 2019, at SSM Saint Mary's – Audrain.

There will be a memorial visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday August 17, 2019, at Rocky Fork Fellowship, 12095 Route B, Hallsville, MO 65255. There will be dinner following the visitation. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Dale was born on Dec. 3, 1962, in St. Paul, MN. He was the son of Dale Robert Tomlinson Sr. and Delores (Urman) Tomlinson. In 1993 he married Shawna Renee Soules who preceded him in death in 2016.

Dale was a veteran and had served in the Army Special Forces from 1981 to 1992. He was a Catholic. After his military service he worked for Economy Towing for several years.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Allen Tomlinson and fiancee' Reba Hurd, Mexico, and Nicholas Tomlinson, of Casper, Wyoming; one daughter, Ashley Hope Tomlinson Evans and husband Johnny, Centralia; one brother Paul Tomlinson, Montana; six grandchildren, Christopher, Addison, Lilyanna and Iceonna Tomlinson, Zyonna Evans, and a new grandchild that is due in Dec. 2019.

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; one sister.
