Dana W. Duchesne

Dana W. Duchesne, 64 of Mexico, died at 11:30 a.m., Friday, October 2, 2015, at Parkside Manor in Columbia.

Graveside services will be at 9 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Duane Duchesne officiating.

Dana was born August 8, 1951, in Mexico, a son of Warren Irondale and Helen Marie (Schinnaman) Duchesne.

Dana was a member of First Baptist Church in Mexico. Although he was disabled all his life, he tried to work odd jobs when he could which included working for the Handi Shop. He also had an interest in horses and once attended a horse grier school in Indiana. He also worked a short time at Simmons Stables.

He is survived by his three brothers, Duane Duchesne and wife Lisa of Sedalia, Doug I. Duchesne of Columbia and Daryl L. Duchesne and wife Dixie of Centerton, Arkansas; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
