DAVID P. WILLIAMS, 62, of Warrenton, MO, passed away September 26th, 2015, at SSM Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO, with his loving family by his side.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday Sept. 29th at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Raymond Iman officiating. A wake will be held immediately afterward at 1415 Hickory Hill Drive in Mexico.
He was born June 2, 1953, in Denver, Colorado. Dave's parents moved to St. Louis, MO when Dave was a baby. He attended DeHart Elementary School in St. Ann, MO and graduated from Fort Zumwalt High School in 1971. After high school, Dave enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corp and was stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA. He finished a three year duty at Cherry Point, NC. Rank: L/CPL; Honorable Discharge - March 22, 1974.
Dave worked Most of his career in the Construction Industry. (Banta & Stude, Ryther Foundation & McBride & Sons.)
Dave was married to Sandy (Spotswood) Williams, February 8th, 1977, in St. Peters, Missouri, at the First Baptist Church. For most of their married life, they lived in O'Fallon & Warrenton, MO.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Sandy (Spotswood); One Daughter, Kerry (Jim) Dennis of Effingham, IL; Grandchildren, Alexandria Suzanne & Christopher David of Farina, IL.; and two brothers, Don (Denise) Williams of O'Fallon, MO & Bob Williams (St. Charles) and two sisters, Barbara (Gail) Windolph of Atlanta, GA & Vicki Miller of St. Louis, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Tom and Dale Williams.
