Della Elizabeth Millard, 45, of Centralia , lost her fight with cancer at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 9, 2005, at her home. She was born on April 3, 1959, in Fulton, a daughter of Ralph Lee and Anna Lois (Young) Millard. Survivors include her father, Ralph Millard, Mexico; a sister, Patricia Ann Brown and husband Basil, Mexico; two brothers, Joseph Millard and his wife Karrie, Auxvasse, and Donald Millard and wife Terri, Paris; her soul mate Ronnie Palmer of the home; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Her mother and an infant son preceded her in death. Beth is to be cremated with private services at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Pickering Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
