Dixie Bowen

Dixie D. Bowen, 79, of Jefferson City, died at 4:20 p.m., Friday December 20, 2013, at Golden Living Center Jefferson City.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 27, at Pickering Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

She was born on December 25, 1933, a daughter of Dan "Dick" Singleton and Erma Mae Utterback.

Survivors include one son, Robert Greeno and wife Priscilla, Centertown, Mo.; and one daughter Cheryl Chaney, Mexico; 5 grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick Singleton and Erma Todd.
