Dorothy A. Davidson, 91, of Mexico, died at 11:10 a.m. Monday, June 20, 2016, at Golden Living Center/Pin Oaks in Mexico.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 23, at East Lawn Memorial Park in Mexico with Rev. Bryce Kristofferson officiating. There will be no visitation. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Dorothy was born on October 4, 1924, in Mooers, New York, the daughter of George and Ruth (Crews) Woodruff. On November 27, 1943, in Jefferson City, she married John J. Davidson, who preceded her in death on July 21, 2003.

Survivors include three sons, David L. Davidson, of Edina, Scott Davidson and wife Jill, Thompson, and Bruce Davidson and wife Veronica, Mexico; one daughter, Judy Eggemeyer, of Jasper, Mo.; 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Bill "Woody" Woodruff and Eddie Weir; one sister, Phyllis Jesse; and one grandson, John Winterbower.
