Douglas Trausch

Douglas Claire Trausch, 59, of Auxvasse, formerly of Campbell, Ca., and Eagle Grove, Iowa passed away Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at University Hospital in Columbia, Mo. with his family by his side.

Douglas was born Jan 6, 1952, the son of Marjorie (Ed) Harnan and Paul Trausch.

He is survived by five sisters, Paula Hill, Robin (Gary) Biggers, Lisa (Gene) Silver of Mexico, Mo., Kim (Rod) Kelling of N Sioux City, S.D., Cathy (Jim) Dyer of Sioux Falls, S.D.; one brother, Garry Trausch of Eagle Grove, Iowa; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Doug was a free spirit who will be deeply missed by all.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
