Duane Lincoln Napolis, Jr., of Mexico, died at 10:05 p.m., Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Audrain in Mexico.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Duane was born November 16, 1983, in Columbia, MO., a son of Duane Lincoln Napolis, Sr. and Joy Lynne (Mitchell) Heislen.

Survivors include his mother, Joy Heislen and husband Dennis of Holt Summit; two grandmothers, Cheryl Orcutt of Mexico, and Ann Heislen from Wardsville; one daughter, Alexys Napolis of Cairo; one brother, Darrell Napolis of Mexico; one sister, Danita Fennewald and husband Justin of Martinsburg; God parents Todd and Sandy Peak of Benton City; God sister Justina Peak, and God brother Brandon Peak, of Benton City; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Duane Lincoln Napolis, Sr.; grandmother, Juanita Faye Benson; and uncle Darren Napolis.
