Esther Rose Acton, 81, of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday January 21, 2026, at her home in Mexico.

Per her request private services will be held at a later date.

Eshter was born in Spokane, Washington, March 27, 1944. She was the daughter of Daniel Vinter and Frances Irene (Sims) Mobbs.

She enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking.

Survivors include one daughter, Elisha Jennings, of Mexico; two sisters, Dorene Beck, of Haines, Florida, and Betty Finder, of Washington, Missouri; two granddaughters, Miranda Lunceford, and Carrie Lunceford, both of Mexico; three great-grandchildren, Antonio Mendoza, Adan Mendoza, and Ava Irene Martinez; and several nieces and nephews.

Eshter was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Thomas, Jerry, and Jim Mobbs.
