Harold Wayne Harper, 69, of Moberly, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Pin Oaks Living Center.

Private family services will be held by the family.

Harold was born on October 30, 1956 in Blytheville, Arkansas, the son of Robert Williams Sr. and Levonia (Dildine) Williams. He was previously married to Deborah Warren.

Harold spent many years as a truck driver for Melton Trucking out of Oklahoma. He truly enjoyed life on the road and the opportunity his work gave him to travel and see different parts of the country. Many of those miles were traveled with his faithful dog, Molly, by his side, keeping him company along the way.

Survivors include one son, Jason Harper (Michelle) of the Phillipines; two daughters, Rebecca Velasco of Bloomington, Illinois and Denise Sanchez of Flanigan, Illinois; two brothers, Robert Williams (Eva) of Huntsville, Missouri and Terrell Williams (Cheryl) of Aurora, Illinois; three sisters, Sandra Green (Rickie) of Blytheville, Arkansas, Patricia Wells (Joe Dildine) of Moberly, Missouri, and Diane Williams, of Clarksville, Tennessee; and six grandchildren, Leticia Velasco, Sebastian Velasco, Tayson Harper, Claysen Harper, Max Harper, Paeony Harper; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tracy Garcia; his grandmother, Lula Fanning Dildine; one sister, Beverly Barry; one grandson, Zayn Dronenberg; and one granddaughter, Kennadi Nicole Farmer.
