Helen M. Prisner

Helen Prisner, 97, of Mexico, formerly of Lewistown, Mo., died at 1:48 a.m. on Sunday, March 17, 2013, at Golden Living Center/Pin Oaks, Mexico.

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at Dover Baptist Church, Dover, Mo. with Bob Stanford officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the Dover Cemetery.

Helen was born October 22, 1915, in Mendon, Ill. Helen married Clarence Prisner. He preceded her in death. She was a farmer's wife and an employee of Motorola and then Harris Corporation, in Quincy, Ill. for 39 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Darlene Spencer and husband James of Mexico; two sons, Harold Prisner and wife Carol of Blandinsville, Ill., and Chester Prisner and wife Maxine of Palmyra.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one son, Richard Prisner of Lewiston, and two daughters, Linda Marshall, Mexico and Marilyn Schreiner, Sun City, Ariz.; one grandson, Mark Spencer, Mexico, two granddaughters, Nicole Santrizos, Charleston, S.C. and Audrye, Sun City, Ariz.

She is survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren and counting.
