Henry L. Shuck

Henry Lee Shuck, 59, of Mexico, died Thursday afternoon, Aug. 20, 2015, in Mexico.

Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Jones officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery.

Henry was born on Jan. 11, 1956, the son of Wayne and Marjorie (Stone) Shuck. He was married to Carmen McDermit on Oct. 19, 1980, in Mexico.

Henry worked for Miller Tire Company for 31 years. He attended Friendship Baptist Church and he enjoyed tinkering with mechanics and camping. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Carmen; his father Wayne Shuck of Thompson; four daughters, Crystal Shuck and husband Mark, Thompson; Krista Gilbert and husband Tim, Thompson, Sarah Martin and husband Joe, Mexico, and Jessica Winn, Mexico; four brothers, Gary Shuck and wife Carolyn, Thompson, Roger Shuck, Mexico, Mike Shuck, Virginia Beach, VA, ad Mark Shuck and wife Crystal, Thompson; eight grandchildren, Brandi Scott, Kody Gilbert, Dylan Shuck, Liz Gilbert, Breanna Martin, Tiffany Martin, Roseanne Winn, and Hunter Bates; and one great grandson, Beau Scott.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Frances Ann; one brother, Harold Wayne; and his mother, Marjorie.
