Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson, 46, died on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 in Mexico.

Jeff was born on Dec. 29, 1959, in Mexico, a son of Virgil Leo and Carolyn Ruth (Harper) Wilson.

He was an extremely dedicated employee for 30 years at Archer Daniels Midland in Mexico. He was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of the 1979 Mexico High School graduating class.

Jeff is survived by his mother Carolyn Zumsteg of Mexico; four sons, Justin Eugene Wilson and Jordan Paul Wilson, both of Kansas City, and Caleb James Wilson and Dayton Houston Wilson, both of the home; two brothers, Bill Wilson, Fulton, and Dennis Zumsteg, Jr., Mexico; five sisters, Deanna Berg, Hallsville, Carol Power, Thompson, Melanna Nolan, Mexico, Jana Vogel, Rhineland, and Jamie Gibson, Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, at 10:30 a.m. at Pickering Funeral Home with Pastor Ralph Wood officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Mexico.
