Joe Dan Horton

Joe Dan Horton of Mexico, MO passed away on Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at the age of 61.

Joe was the beloved son of the late Cecil and Nell Horton: dear father of Jeremy and Melanie Horton, Jennifer Horton: grandfather of Adelyn Horton: loving brother of Jim and Grace Horton, John Horton, Kay and Ray Maher, Cynthia and Dennis Brumley.

He was preceded in death by his twin sister Joy AnnThompson.

He was the loving boyfriend to Celia Graves, dear uncle, cousin and friend to many and will be missed by all who knew him.

His life will be celebrated on Joe and Joy's birthday, May 17th at 12 Noon in Hardin Park. In order to celebrate this special life we are going to have a special, unique memorial. All are invited and asked to bring a dish, as this will be apicnic and time to share your favorite "Joe" stories.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Mexico Animal Shelter.
