Kimberly Jean Munford, 59, of Mexico, died at 12:17 p.m. Thursday January 2, 2020, at SSM Health Saint Mary's Hospital – Jefferson City.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday January 18, 2020, at Lockewood Park Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Jones officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 to 1 p.m. at the church. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Kim was born September 2, 1960, in Mexico. Her mother and father were Robert E. Johnson and Dorothy Jean Munford. She was raised in Mexico by her grandparents Marvin and Alice (Estelle) Munford.

She was a member of Lockewood Park Baptist Church in Mexico.

She is survived by her step-mother, Joyce Johnson, of Fulton; one daughter, Torri Munford (Brian Benton), of Mexico; one brother, Daniel Johnson (Marla), of Ashland; one sister, Michelle Simonin (Johnny), of Calwood; her longtime friend and sister at heart, Brenda Prater (Mike), of Mexico; four grandchildren, Rachael Turpin, and Olivia, Madalyn and Keaton Benton, all of Mexico; several aunts, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, several uncles, and one nephew, Michael Steffen.
