Laurie Christine Taylor, 56, of Mexico, passed away at 2:45 p.m. Saturday June 4, 2022.

Laurie was born in the State of California on October 9, 1965, the daughter of Lawrence and Nancy Mills.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday June 10, 2022, at Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until 1 p.m. at Pickering Funeral Home.

Laurie enjoyed fishing and camping; and had a love for animals.

Survivors include Patrick of the home, who she has been with for over 20 years; two sons Patrick "PJ" Smith Jr., and James Smith of Mexico; her children in California, Samantha, John and Roger; and her father in law and mother in law, James and Jessie "Cookie" Smith of Paris.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one son, William Taylor.
