Margaret Anne Stevens, 82, of Mexico, Missouri, formerly of Rochester, NY, died at 6:20 P.M. on Thursday, May 28, at her home in Mexico.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in New York. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Margaret was born on March 11, 1938, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Alexander and Edith McCarthy Wood.

Margaret worked in Wegmans Deli in Rochester before moving to Mexico 14 years ago.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas Koons, Rochester, NY, James Koons, Mexico, and David Koons, Mexico; two daughters, Kathy Ritzel and husband John, Rochester, and Patricia Babcock and husband Robert II, Rochester; three brothers, Robert Wood and wife Karen, of Florida, Harry Wood and wife Judy, Rochester, and Ronald Wood and wife Sheila, Rochester; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
