Nancy L. Saulnier, 77, of Mexico, Missouri, passed away on August 8, 2025 at Pin Oaks Living Center.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Lockewood Park Baptist Church in Mexico. Pastor Chris Atkinson will be officiating.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Nancy was born April 8, 1948, in Gary, Indiana.  She was the daughter of Edwin and Lucille (Paschall) Lewis. She had previously been married to Edward Branch, Charles Munford, and Ron Saulnier who all preceded her in death.

If you knew Nancy, you knew she loved bluegrass. Her favorite band was the Silver Wings. She never missed the bluegrass music at Centennial Baptist Church. Nancy didn't just enjoy the music, she got in on the fun, too. She even dabbled in playing spoons and was always ready to keep the beat with her trusty set. Whether she was in the crowd or tapping along, she brought joy, rhythm, and a big smile everywhere she went.

Survivors include four sons, Steve Munford of Modesto, California, Bryan Branch of Mexico, Chuck Munford (Amy) of Mexico, and Spencer Munford (Kathy) of Mexico; two daughters, Robin Munford of Columbia and Stacy Stokes (Danny) of Bowling Green; one brother Billie Lewis (Susan) of Mexico; two sisters, Diane Willer (Jim) of Mexico and Bonnie York of North Carolina; 17 grandchildren, Cameron, Dylan, Logan, Kendra, Casandra, Justin, Steven, Troy, Dalton, Brittnie, Daniel, Alex, Melissa, Kaitlyn, Michael, Matthew, and Elly; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Lewis; mother, Lucille Diehl; stepfather, William Diehl; her husbands; one sister, Bonnie Bird; three brothers, Curtis Lewis, Jackie Diehl, and Ronnie Diehl.
