Robyn Hendrix, 55, of Mexico died at 4:35 a.m., Thursday July 4, 2019, at her home in Mexico.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday July 9, 2019, at Pickering Funeral Home with Kensey Russell officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 6 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Robyn was born on Feb. 14, 1964, in Hannibal. She is the daughter of Kensey and Dorothy (Moss) Clithero. On June 30, 2006, she married Bill Hendrix who survives at the home.

Robyn loved the outdoors and she was excellent at horseshoe pitching. She had won numerous honors and awards with her skills. She was a member of the Mexico Brick City Horseshoe Club and the NHPA – National Horseshoe Pitching Association. She was a huge St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan and she loved to wear her Yadier Molina shirt.

In addition to her husband Bill, she is survived by her mother, Dorothy of Mexico; three brothers, Randy Clithero and wife Melanie, of Thompson, Rick Clithero and wife Brenda, of Macon, and Ronnie Clithero, of Troy; one sister, Rita Hemby and husband Gary, of Troy; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to a memorial fund for Robyn. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
