Theresa Bertrand, 90, of Mexico, died at 12:17 p.m. Wednesday Nov. 16, 2016, at SSM Saint Mary's Hospital-Audrain.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at St. Brendan Catholic Church with Fr. Mark Porterfield officiating. Burial will be in St. Brendan Cemetery. There is no visitation. Pickering Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

Theresa was born Jan. 30, 1926, in Sloan, Iowa, the daughter of Clovis and Bertha (Hess) Jauron. On Aug. 12, 1947, in Salix, Iowa, she married Harold Bertrand who survives.

In addition to her husband survivors include two sons, Mike Bertrand and wife Barb, Farmington, Mo., and Bob Bertrand and wife Wanda, Mexico; two daughters, Colleen Sanders and husband Dan, Millersburg, Mo., and Tami Trabue and husband Bob, Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Timothy and Daniel Bertrand; three brothers; and two sisters.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial be given to St. Brendan Catholic Church. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265.
