Thomas Early Dudley

Thomas Early Dudley, 78, of Mexico, died at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 30, 2014, at Boone Hospital, Columbia. He was raised in Rush Hill.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Pickering Funeral Home with Kenny Hoover officiating. Burial will be in the Centralia Cemetery.

Thomas was born April 17, 1936, in Mexico, a son of James Thomas and Daisy O'Neal (Herrington) Dudley.

He worked at Mexico High School for over 30 years and retired from there. He enjoyed fishing and loved woodworking.

Survivors include one daughter, Valerie Vinyard of Mexico; one granddaughter, Brooke Atkinson of Mexico; two sisters, Joann Roberts of Centralia, and Mary Bradley of Columbia.

Thomas was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
