Wilma Bush

Wilma Dean Bush, 86, of Mexico, died at 5:45 p.m. Friday June 9, 2017, at SSM Saint Mary's Hospital - Audrain.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Pickering Funeral Home with Rev. Don Munford officiating. Visitation will be from Noon until service time. Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Wilma was born on January 29, 1931, in Pleasant Shade, Tennessee, a daughter of O. B. and Alice (Tony) Dickerson. On October 13, 1955, in Rome, Georgia, she married Fay Bush. Mr. Bush preceded her in death on April 29, 1973.

Wilma worked in food service all her life. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Centralia.

Survivors include one daughter, Donna Martin and Marvin Tyree, Mexico; six grandchildren, Bryon Martin, Anchorage, AK, Brandy Gish and husband Randy, Lake Ozark, MO, Amanda Hanks and husband Billy, Wentzville, MO, Felicia Thomas and husband Anthony, Fairbanks, AK, Celena Tyree, Columbia, and Chelsie Bush, Anchorage, AK; and six great grandchildren, Jonathon Chatfield, William and Magnolia Hanks, and Mike, John and Paige Thomas.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Jack Bush; and two sisters, Elizabeth Skelton and Kathryn King.

The family suggests memorials be given to New Hope Baptist Church. They may be sent in care of Pickering Funeral Home, 403 N. Western, Mexico, MO 65265
