My father-in-law spent the last months of his life at Pin Oaks in the same wing as Hazel. Every time we visited him, Hazel would be sitting near the nurses station wrapped in blankets (very important) watching people go about their day. She would always smile when I said 'Hello.' On day she surprised me and lifted her hand and whispered, "Can you fix my blanket?". It had slipped off one shoulder. For some reason the request touched my heart. I always looked forward to seeing her during our visits. My condolences to her family, and Jill in particular. May you find comfort now that she rests in peace. - Roxanne Lockwood
